With the gracious donation of a RHEL3 from DDI Hosting: www.ddihosting.com we now have a new (3rd!) mirror server, archive.atomicrocketturtle.com, hosting ART RPM's. Additionally the Shinn.net mirror is now back online, and as we've all discovered, yum does not fail over well. :) Check out the Yum Project page for information on updating your yum configs
