Spamassassin web gui

Hot on the heels of the last update, I managed to get at least a web gui going for the spamassassin configuration built into squirrelmail. There are RPM's here: RPMS SRPMS The code is in a lot of flux right now, so no official page for it yet, just grab the latest squirrelmail art rpm
