This is something I had originally set up on a non-PSA server to track what the most popular vhosts on the server were. Its nothing fancy, just a shell script generating some HTML from webalizer data. You can see the results here:

and you can download the script here webalizer.sh. You'll need to create a list of domains to scan through for the webalizer files, it should all be pretty clear in the script.
