So the build environment is working, although not feature complete (for me) yet. I've made the move away from the old DAR based build box, called build to the new one, called build2... Im really creative like that. Now you know why I don't do web sites. You can see the archive progress here:

http://www.atomicorp.com/channels/atomic/

Lots of changes in the new design:

  • Red Hat 9, RHEL3/CentOS3, Fedora Core 1, and Fedora Core 2 are no longer supported. I might get CentOS3 back up again. Its a build environment problem, probably fixable. If anyone has working mock configs for centos-3 let me know.

  • New naming convention, the “rh” has been dropped from all distributions has been dropped. Its now just fc4, fc5, el4, etc.

  • The archive now supports x86_64, that means that like the psa-8.1 archive, you also have to specify the base architecture ($basearch) in yum configs.

Are you maintaining both the 3es.atomicrocketturtle.com and atomicorp channels for now or should we all be switching right now?

I like the new, clearer channel naming.

3es is not being populated right now, everything new is going into atomicorp.com. 3es will come down for a short period (rekicking it as 4ES/CentOS4) and then I'll mirror back to it again.
