This is the first public Alpha-test release of the Atomic-PSA package, available in the [atomic-testing] channel. Atomic-PSA is a meta-package that contains all the dependencies required to install a complete custom ART version of PSA. This is something I've been planning on doing for a while, but it has become a necessity since PSA 7.5.3 due to some issues with installing PSA through yum (horde for example). Read more for the full details on what Atomic-PSA contains, and the kind of help I'm looking for.
Current Atomic-PSA features:
* installs with one command "yum install atomic-psa"
* includes PSA 7.5.3
* qmail-scanner
* Mysql 4.1.12
* psa 4.3.11 with mcrypt, and mhash
* spamassassin 3.0.4 (with dcc, razor and pyzor)
* squirrelmail, and horde webmail clients
* rkhunter (configured to report, and update itself nightly)
* clamav 0.85.1
* Performance adjustments for spamassassin
* Spamassassin stores user configuration data in mysql
* Native FC3 support
TODO features:
* Automatically configure mysql 4.1 query caching, fix_priv_tables, and old_passwds
* Default PSA firewall policy
* Store spamassassin bayes and awl data in mysql
* Auto-learning folder support for quick spamassassin training
* Automatic spamassassin updates through rules_du_jour
* Improved rblsmtpd
* Redhat Enterprise 4 support
At this point I need further testing input on installations and updates over existing PSA installs across redhat 9, FC1/2/3, and 3ES/CentOS. This should be considered a development release, and not recommended for production environments.
